“We are more than satisfied with the service and results we received from M&R Kitchens. Our designers, met with us early on, and provided three different plans and a number of other suggestions before we decided on a kitchen design that worked well for us. The variety of different woods, designs, counters and handles to choose from at the showroom was also impressive and we enjoyed being able to match what worked best for us both price and taste-wise. Additionally, our designed was very clear about what was and was not included very useful for first time renovators and she continued to be available in the lead up to the renovation as we had questions. Installation of our kitchen went very smoothly, taking two days. Our installers were friendly, courteous and flexible, helpfully working around our electrician, which was appreciated. Overall, we had a very good experience with M&R Kitchens and would be happy to recommend the company to others considering renovations. Thank you!”

With all the ideas, the extras and different quality of wood, counters, handles and so much more; she was able to connect with our needs, our budget and our taste. After many plans of different prices, we had a better understanding of what we wanted, what we could afford and what we could do without according to our budget. “Our experience at M&R Kitchens was a positive one from start to finish. Although our remodelling was a small ensuite with the time spent on design was equivalent to a much larger renovation. Our designer was always flexible and accommodated our tight budget. She gave us numerous ideas of where to spend our money and where we could spend less without sacrificing the end product. We found that the cupboards were of high quality and met all of our specifications. Your designer was very meticulous with meeting all of my needs and answered all of my questions with great patience. The workmanship of the installers was of high quality and they were very precise in there work and very courteous. They met every request and answered every question I had. “Look no further if you’re thinking of renovating your old and tired kitchen. We met with several other companies (who shall remain nameless), and had quotes for our modest kitchen reno. We knew we needed to renovate our kitchen, but had a pretty tight budget, so we weren’t looking to write a blank check. When we walked into the Orléans show room, we never expected to have such wonderful and thoughtful service. Rather than be dismissed like some of the other companies around, our designer, Francelle, was more than happy and patient to show us our options and give us some suggestions. We are so very happy we decided to work with Francelle and the MR Kitchen team! We laid out our design, made changes, selected our materials, made more changes, re-worked some of the choices, and all the while felt very comfortable and never rushed when we worked with our designer. Our new cabinets arrived on time, and the installation went very well. We’ve had several follow ups, and were always treated with respect, courtesy, and appreciation.
